On Saturday, October 4th, the exchange event “Quiz & Photo Rally in Nara” was held. A total of 155 students participated: 71 international students and 84 students from NUFS. They were divided into 40 teams, each made up of two international students and two NUFS students. The participants explored Nara Park, which is home to famous World Heritage sites like Todaiji Temple and Kohfukuji Temple. Despite the occasional rain, they enjoyed deepening their connections while searching for designated spots and answering quizzes throughout the vast Nara Park. Many teams also had fun interacting with Nara Park's famous deer, laughing and taking commemorative photos. After being held seven times, this event has become a popular tradition that attracts many international and NUFS students each year. To further promote exchange between international and domestic students, the NUFS International Office is planning more on-campus events, including a Halloween pumpkin hunt, in addition to the Quiz & Photo Rally.
