On Saturday, October 3, the exchange event “Quiz & Photo Rally in Nagoya” was held. A total of 122 students—48 international students and 74 NUFS students—participated. They were divided into 29 teams (each team generally consisting of two international students and three NUFS students) and visited various photo spots around central Nagoya. The photo spots were designed so that participants had to solve a series of clues to discover them, allowing international and NUFS students to pool their knowledge and explore the city together. Blessed with perfect sunny weather that was a dramatic shift from the persistent rains of September, they deepened their friendship with bright smiles while taking photos against the backdrop of Nagoya Castle, Tokugawa-en, Osu, and the Cultural Path. Held for the 9th time, this event has firmly established itself as a popular tradition, attracting large numbers of international and NUFS students each time. The NUFS International Office plans to continue promoting interaction between international and NUFS students through events like this in the future.
