Transportation Expenses During the Event イベント中の交通費
Participants will receive one "Donichi Eco Kippu" (Weekend & Holiday Eco Ticket) at check-in on the day of the event.
The Donichi Eco Kippu is a one-day pass valid for Nagoya-city subway, Nagoya-city buses, and the Nagoya sightseeing route bus "Me~guru".
Please cover any travel costs yourself if you use modes of transportation not covered by the Donichi Eco Kippu.
The Donichi Eco Kippu cannot be provided in advance, so you will need to make your own way to the meeting place (reception venue). It is fine to use it on your way home after the event.
当日の受付時にドニチエコきっぷをお渡しします。
ドニチエコきっぷは、名古屋市の地下鉄、市バス、なごや観光ルートバス（メーグル）で使用できる一日乗車券です。
ドニチエコきっぷで利用できる交通機関以外の方法で移動する場合は各自で費用をお支払いください。

Japanese students and international students in the same group will have the opportunity to get to know one another and deepen their connections. By sharing their respective cultures, participants can gain a deeper understanding of different cultural backgrounds.
As this event is taking place in Nagoya, we are gifting admission tickets for Nagoya Castle—the city's premier tourist attraction—to all participants. Please visit the castle with your group members. Don't miss the famous golden *shachi* (golden tiger-fish) ornaments!
日本人学生は同じグループの留学生と、留学生は日本人学生と知り合い、交流を深めることができます。
お互いの文化を紹介することにより、互いに異文化理解を深めることができるでしょう。

How to Enjoy 内容
In groups of 3 domestic students + 2 international students, answer quiz questions and take photos at designated photo spots to collect points! Special prizes will be awarded to top ranking groups!
現地学生3名+留学生2名の5名で一つのグループとなり、クイズに回答して指定のフォトスポットで写真を撮ってポイントを集めます。獲得ポイント上位グループには景品をプレゼント！

・Amazon gift card worth 1,000 yen (Each member in the group gets one)

Notes for Sign-up 申込時の注意点
・Please register as an individual. Group registrations are not possible.
個人で申し込んでください。グループでの申し込みは出来ません。
・If the number of registrations exceeds the maximum number of places, participants will be selected by lottery.
定員数を超える申し込みがあった場合は抽選で参加者を決定します。
・It is possible to request a group with buddies. 'Buddies' are students who are enrolled in the International Office's Buddy Program and provide support to international students, as well as international students who are participating in the Buddy Program. If you wish, please indicate the name of your buddy partner(s) on the registration form. However, if your buddy is not selected in the lottery and cannot participate, you will be placed in a group with someone other than your buddies. Only buddies can request to be in the same group. It is not possible to request to be in the same group with other friends.
バディと一緒のグループを希望することは可能です。
「バディ」とは国際交流課のバディプログラムに登録して留学生のサポートをしている学生及び参加している留学生です。
希望する場合は申込みフォームでバディ相手の氏名を記入してください。
ただし、バディ相手が抽選に漏れて参加できない場合はバディ以外の人とグループになります。
希望できるのはバディのみです。友人同士で同じグループを希望することは出来ません。
・Of course, students without buddies can join!
もちろん、バディのいない学生も参加できます！
・International Office will make groups of NUFS domestic students and international students, and let you know your group members and share your email addresses.
国際交流課でグループメンバーを決定し、みなさんのメールアドレスをメンバーにお知らせします。
・You might not be able to join this event if the number of registrations were unbalanced between NUFS domestic students and international students, even if you are within the maximum number of students.
NUFS生と留学生でグループを組むため、定員内であったとしても両者の人数に差が出た場合は参加できない場合があります。

Other Notes その他注意事項
・Participants will be informed of their group members via email around September 18. Students who are unable to participate will also be informed of the results.
参加者には9月18日頃にEmailでグループメンバーを発表します。参加できない学生にも結果を通知します。
・Details of the event will be provided to participants later.
後日、イベントの詳細を参加者へお知らせします。
・If the top ranking groups get the same score, International Office will decide the ranking based on the group photos you took.
上位グループが同点の場合はみなさんが撮った写真を基に国際交流課で順位を決定します。
・Your group photos may be used for the announcement of the rankings and for university publicity (website, PR magazines, etc.).
グループで撮った写真は結果発表時と大学広報（ホームページや広報誌など）で使用することがあります。
・This event will be held even if it rains but will be cancelled in case a weather waring is issued. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified via email on the previous day or on the morning of the event.
イベントは雨天決行ですが、気象警報が出た場合は中止します。中止の場合は前日もしくは当日の朝に参加者へEmailで通知します。
