The International Office will send the acceptance letter to students by email. If there are any mistakes in the name, etc., please contact us. Along with the acceptance letter, we will also send students a scholarship acceptance letter and a dormitory acceptance letter.

NUFS will operate a pick-up bus service from Central Japan International Airport (Centrair) to NUFS on March 27 and 28 for exchange students.
Check the information below and register by the deadline if you wish to ride.

* You will not receive the NUFS scholarship in March 2024 as your enrolment at NUFS starts in April 2024. You will not be charged rent for the dormitory in March 2024.
皆さんのNUFSの在籍は2024年4月からですので、2024年3月はNUFS奨学金の支給がありません。また、2024年3月は寮費を請求しません。
* Students who do not receive the NUFS scholarship are required to pay their dormitory rent in cash to NUFS after their arrival in Japan. Please bring the required amount in cash. Payment instructions will be provided after your arrival in Japan.

※ It is recommended that you get a SIM card with a telephone number as a Japanese telephone number is required to use the Medical Assistance Service (hospital search and interpretation service). The Medical Assistance Service can be used free of charge as often as you wish during your time at NUFS. For more information, see page 18 of the "Pre-Arrival Information for International Students".
