The International Office will send the acceptance letter to students by email. If there are any mistakes in the name, etc., please contact us. Along with the acceptance letter, we will also send students a scholarship acceptance letter and a dormitory acceptance letter.

NUFS will operate a pick-up bus service from Central Japan International Airport (Centrair) to NUFS on August 24 and 25 for exchange students.
Check the information below and register by the deadline if you wish to ride.

* You will not receive the NUFS scholarship in August 2023 as your enrolment at NUFS starts in September 2023. You will not be charged rent for the dormitory in August 2023.
皆さんのNUFSの在籍は2023年9月からですので、2023年8月はNUFS奨学金の支給がありません。また、2023年8月は寮費を請求しません。

※ It is recommended that you get a SIM card with a telephone number as a Japanese telephone number is required to use the Medical Assistance Service (hospital search and interpretation service). The Medical Assistance Service can be used free of charge as often as you wish during your time at NUFS. For more information, see page 18 of the "Pre-Arrival Information for International Students".
