名古屋外国語大学国際交流部は、個人情報保護の重要性を理解し、個人情報保護に関連する法令を遵守するとともに、ウェブサイト「交換留学プログラムオンライン出願」の利用者の個人情報を保護するため、次の通りプライバシーポリシー（個人情報の取り扱い指針）を定めて運用します。

個人情報は、入学審査及び合格通知並びに入学手続きを行うために利用し、入学後の教務関係(学籍、修学指導等)、学生支援関係(生活サポート、在留資格管理、奨学金支給等)を行う目的をもって本学が管理します。他の目的での利用及び本学の関係教職員以外への提供は行いません。ただし、法令により必要と判断される場合はこの限りではありません。
The International Office at Nagoya University of Foreign Studies (NUFS) fully understands the importance of protecting personal information, and observes all applicable laws and regulations relating to privacy protection. In order to protect the personal information of users of the websites "Online Application for the International Exchange Program", we have established the following privacy policy.

Purpose of Use
Personal information will be used for the purpose of screening, notification of acceptance and enrollment procedures and will also be managed by NUFS for the purpose of providing post-enrollment educational services (student registration, academic guidance, etc.) and student support (support in daily life, residence status management, scholarships, etc.). The information will not be used for any other purpose, nor will it be provided to anyone other than NUFS relevant staff. However, this does not apply to cases where it is deemed necessary by law.
